Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after payment is confirmed.

Dispatch & delivery: Once shipped, most orders within the UK take 2-5 days to arrive. International delivery takes 5-10 days, depending on destination and customs.

Tracking: All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Customs, taxes & duties: For orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Lost or damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us at olena@mindfulape.co within 15 days with photos or details. We’ll work with the courier to resolve it, replace or refund as needed.

Returns & Refunds

Returns window: You may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund (if unused & in original condition).

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, products must be:
   • Unopened / unused
   • In original packaging, with all extra items, guidebooks, etc. intact
   • In the same condition in which you received them
Return cost: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

How to return:
   1. Email us at olena@mindfulape.co within 14 days to request a returns authorisation. Include order number, product name, reason.
   2. You’ll receive instructions & a returns address.
   3. Pack items securely; we recommend using tracked / insured postage for returns.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable (unless the item is faulty).
Faulty or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us immediately with evidence. We’ll replace the item free of charge, or refund including shipping.

Additional Details

Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once it has been dispatched, it must be returned under the Returns policy above.
Refunds for cancellations: If your order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued. If after dispatch, returns must follow the Returns process.
